Marc Monette has more than two decades of experience helping organizations with data integrity, computerized system validation, systems quality and compliance, quality management systems, and related auditing, remediation planning and execution. He addresses hundreds of men and women each year on key aspects of quality, audit effectiveness, cost of quality, and the development of scalable IT-enabled business processes in the life sciences. As an experienced quality professional, he works to support and influence organizations in their quest to maintain agility, efficiency and effectiveness through a well-seasoned process approach, working through key stakeholders to enable strategies that facilitate the right-sizing of effort.
Mr. Monette has worked in Asia (primarily China, India), Europe, Canada, and the United States, consulting with large and small organizations. He is an American Society for Quality Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Software Quality Engineer, and he has earned the designation of Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) with ISACA. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science (BESc) degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA degree from University of Toronto.
